A day at camp:
9:00am - Meet at trailhead. Introductions, team building and fun get to know you kind of games. Make POD (plan of the day).
10:00am - Main activity depending on day (hike, bike, field games, pickleball, group challenges, etc)
Noon - lunch, book of the week and relax
1:00pm - Nature journaling, nature art, less structured adventurous play, fort building, experiential learning, go with the flow and interests of the group.
3:00pm - Hike back to pick-up location, closing circle and play games until pick-up
4:00pm - Pick-up
A week at camp:
Monday: Diamond Creek Trailhead
Tuesday: Kachemak City Park (biking and pickleball)
Wednesday: Rogers Loop Trailhead
Thursday: Homer Middle School (adventure to Hornaday for field games)
Friday: Diamond Creek Trailhead
Each week camp will have the same schedule. Every day we will meet at a different location around town. Schedule might change closer to camp depending on learning outcomes, accessibility, and conditions. You will get a weeks notice of any location changes.
